Managing Director – Matthew Garvey

Matt has spent the last 15+ years of his professional career in the recruitment industry. He has successfully set up and managed two recruitment companies, initially in the UK which he sold before moving to Australia, and currently Eagna Consulting.

Matt’s focus over the 15+ years has been across IT and particularly across Data, Analytics, Digital and BI. He has worked with clients from small start-ups through to Global companies covering both the private and public sectors.
From this experience Matt is able to offer clients advice on recruitment strategy, building dynamic teams and overall business objectives. For candidates, this means Matt is able to give them holistic career advice, from writing a resume through to interview preparation and what they actually want to be doing with their lives.
